Our Block Management Services

We can provide full management services for your block or a partial management service to suit your particular needs. Our services are available for large-scale residential blocks and smaller properties containing as few as eight flats across England and Wales.

When you appoint us as your property manager, you can take advantage of the following services:

Before commencing any property management services, we’ll work with you to gain a thorough understanding of your priorities, what you want to achieve and the intricate requirements of your buildings or blocks. If you’re new to residential block management or require support, we’ll guide you on best practices and provide recommendations to help you. Ultimately, our aim is to ensure that your buildings and blocks are well-maintained and look great consistently, in order to protect your investment. We assign you and your property with a dedicated team of talented property managers, who will make regular site visits to undertake detailed assessments for maintenance, repairs, health and safety. A maintenance timeline will then be put into place to prevent any large and unexpected bills from occurring. Our team takes a holistic view of block management, leaving no stone left unturned to ensure that we can increase the value of your investment and improve the wellbeing of residents in their homes. 

Quality repairs & maintenance 

We’ve also made it easy for residents to instantly report maintenance issues to us 24 hours a day via our residents’ app, which is included as standard with our residential block management services. When repairs or maintenance are required, we’ll only ever employ qualified and trusted contractors that we’ve pre-vetted to work on your buildings or blocks. Our strict procedures ensure that all work is carried out to the correct legislation and health and safety standards to give you and our residents peace of mind.

We make it easy for our clients and residents to get in touch with their block management team by providing several points of contact. Residents can also take advantage of a dedicated resident’s app on which they can report maintenance issues and monitor their progression, view important documents, invoices and payment history.

Our hands-on approach to property management means that you will consistently see required maintenance and improvements to your building. We also actively ensure that residents and clients are made aware of any upcoming works and how they might be affected. This will usually be via a letter sent to each resident’s address, through updates posted on the resident’s app and on a dedicated notice board in resident’s communal areas.
